Our Services

  • As well as researching your family tree, we can show you how to undertake your own research with one to one practical training sessions. No classrooms, no crowds, just simple, practical advice on how to continue your journey! Small groups of your choice can be catered for (2-3 people maximum).

  • Alternatively, we will show you the progress that we have made, step by step, generation by generation and you can guide us where you want us to explore next.

  • Trees are downloaded to a GEDCOM File (the standard file format for Family Trees) so you have permanent record of the tree.

  • We can provide printed folders with the life story of individuals including all records uncovered for them.

  • Electronic copies of all records sourced are also available to take home.

  • Electronic records are meticulously catalogued and filed to enable easy review.

Your Questions?

  • What is the earliest known ancestor in my family tree, and what details do we have about their life?

  • Are there any significant historical events that might have influenced my ancestors' lives?

  • How do I trace my lineage back to specific regions or countries of origin?

  • What records are available for researching my family history, and where can I access them?

  • How do different branches of my family tree connect with one another?

  • What was the socio-economic status of my ancestors, and how did it affect their lives?

  • Are there any common surnames or geographical ties among my ancestors?

  • What hidden stories or legacies might my ancestors leave behind that could enrich my understanding of my heritage?

  • How can DNA testing complement traditional ancestry research, and what should I consider before taking a test?

Research Service

Only pay for results!

We work on results so you only pay for the records that we uncover.

Evidence is key. Our progress is supported by evidential records of births, marriages and deaths. We uncover the Census records of your families from 1921 backwards to 1841. Church and Parish Records allow us to go back further.

There may be Electoral Registers, Marriage Banns, Probate Records - how much did Great Uncle George leave in his will and to whom? Even Gravestones! The 1939 Register is a goldmine of information.
